Experience

Wes has spent his career in precast and cast-in-place concrete, on the producer side and the supplier side. He has run sales, operations, and project management, and has helped buy and sell precast businesses. He leads Buildtech Sourcing, which gives producers, investors, and suppliers direct access to senior precast experience: no junior staff, no hand-offs.

He has served the industry through the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Board of Directors and the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute’s Central Region, and presents to PCI chapters on how precast producers can put AI to work.
